These bands have been a life saver for me during this lock down! Great quality & come with many resistance levels depending the challenge you need!

Work as needed

They are resistance bands I got for a rehab type program meant to help with stabilizing and time under tension for smaller movements, they can be used for so much more though. They work great and have a nice texture giving grip so they're not sliding around but also not pinching the heck out you. . Each one is a different shade to help determine which is which, happy with purchase and recommend.
